We are committed to providing safe and healthy working conditions by complying with all applicable occupational health and safety requirements. Through the identification of hazards, assessment of risks, implementation of preventive and protective measures, and the provision of appropriate training, we strive to prevent work-related injuries and illnesses.
We encourage active employee participation, transparent reporting of hazards, near misses, and improvement opportunities, and continuously strengthen our safety culture and occupational health and safety performance.
The management is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and continual improvement of the EHS management system by providing the necessary resources, defining clear responsibilities, and integrating EHS considerations into business decisions.
Managers are expected to lead by example, while all employees are required to comply with this policy and applicable procedures and to actively contribute to improving environmental, health, and safety performance.
The effectiveness of the EHS management system is regularly monitored through audits, inspections, performance indicators, and the annual management review. The results are used to continually improve our processes, controls, and overall EHS performance.
B Medical Systems expects suppliers, contractors, and other external partners to comply with the principles of this policy and all applicable legal requirements. Environmental, health, and safety performance is considered in supplier selection and evaluation, and compliance may be verified where appropriate.
