B Medical Systems Contact Shock Freezers, CSF 61 and CSF 101 are designed for the freezing of blood plasma, biological and pharmaceutical preparations to a core temperature of -30°C in the shortest time. At the same time, utmost care has been taken to make sure that both models are optimized for energy efficiency, thereby further benefiting customer needs in the long term from an operational perspective.

This paper analyses the features that make our new Contact Shock Freezers more energy efficient in comparison with the previous models. The test showed a 56% reduction in the energy consumption per litre of plasma.
